This video would fit in well enough with what the Internet is trying to achieve no matter what, but what really makes it special and puts it over the edge is the fact that it was released in the summer of 2009, in the early weeks following Michael Jackson’s death as an ACTUAL FOR REAL TRIBUTE, I GUESS to the man’s passing. Reads the YouTube description:
Squirrels tribute to MJ.RIP No copyright infringement is intended. All images, audio, and video clips are the sole property of their respectful owners.
Boom. That’s it. RIP, indeed. We all have to do our part to keep the memory alive. Good luck up in heaven, old buddy. Dust to dust, dancing squirrels to dancing squirrels. (Via HaveYouSeenThis.)

This is nuts!
I tried to find out whether Michael Jackson was dead or not, but I got this instead:
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW NOW WIKIPEDIA
I know it’s odd
Seems Strange to say
But
I’m Proud of the Internet (and Al Gore) today.
Don’t worry, Wert. Other information sources are still available.
No Better Way To Start A Monday!

Professor Copyright Law over here.
???
I think he was attempting to sync the beat with the gif, so in that spirit –

Any Michael Jackson rodent tribute video should definitely modulate the song up an octave or two. Rare miss, internet.
Most of MJ’s are already in the key of squirrel though.
Ehhhh… I got enough.
Oh man, they should totally make a cartoon about squirrels dancing and singing to modern pop songs. They could make the voices really high pitched, and maybe even have a Christmas song!
I’d agree just to piss off those hamsters in the Kia commercials.
how did they get all those squirrels to do that?
Man, those chipmunks got SERVED.
