There are some weeks where one type of animal video seems to be a lot more abundant than other types, and this week that type is definitely DOG VIDEOS! Which I understand doesn’t sound that exciting or noteworthy, and the only thing you can think of that would be less exciting or noteworthy would be if I had said cat videos, but relax! I promise that they are the stars this week for a very good reason. (They are cute.) (And fun.) (And just the dumbest.) There is also — I don’t want to spoil anything — something that rhymes with a moth video. NOT an actual “moth” video. It rhymes with that. And it’s something that you all like so much. And that I definitely also like so much. DID YOU GUESS IT? Ok, let’s look at the videos! Yay! So many dogs!
10. Cat Steals Paper
9. Dog Really Wants A Ball But There’s A Piano In Front Of It
8. Twin Polar Bear Cubs
7. Three Penguins Go On A Walk For 15 Seconds
6. Lizard Riding On A Tortoise
5. Dog And Alpaca Are In Love
4. Pug Makes A LOT Of Weird Noises
3. Baby Sloths Take A Bath
2. Scaredy Dogs
1. Dog In A Pile Of Leaves
DOG IN LEAVES! You are so much fun! I wish I could play with you! What a precious little slice of life. Scaredy dogs, I’m sorry that it seems like we’re laughing at you. Please rest assured that we are only laughing at you because you’re so dumb!! Awww. There isn’t anything to be afraid of, you dumb dogs! You’re so cute! I LOVE YOU! And sloths, obviously — they’ll always have a place here. Basically I think the only thing in the rest of the list that needs a specific shout-out is the lizard riding on the tortoise. Lizards and tortoises have really been making a lot of appearances here lately so this shows a tremendous synergistic effort that I find really impressive. Great job, guys! Or LADIES! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

Yo, Dog, how bout some Piano Man!
Dog In A Pile of Leaves made me a little anxious, to be honest. It reminded me of being a kid at Chuck E. Cheese and some parents freaking out because they couldn’t find their kid in the ball pit.
Okay, be honest, how many of us (besides me) submitted the rhymes-with-moth video?
#1 dog in #2 was my personal #1, not #2.
Needs more hungry but astygmatic turtle.
“Wheeeee!” -Lizard
OK monsters, we have to remember, tea leaves in our bath water to keep the parasites away.
Dog in leaves was all fine and well, and scaredy dogs won me over with “Florence, it’s a hose.”, but I just about died watching that sloth video.
Eddie Lizzard is a great name for that little dragon.
