Gossip Girl‘s Vanessa, AKA Jessica Szohr, has been cast as the lead in a “sex horror comedy,” AKA my favorite genre of horror comedy, called Love Bite. Will she still dress like a mom from the ’60s who just won a vaguely ethnic clothing contest? CAN’T WAIT TO SEE!

Does anybody else remember that really bizarre “show” on TBS called Love Bites? It was around 3 or 4 years ago, I believe. Except each one was like 2 minutes long, and came on during commercial breaks in other shows. And I think they had some ongoing story, but unless you were a total TBS-head, you weren’t going to see all of them, so it was just confusing. And even if you DID happen to catch every “episode,” that’s still only like two minutes a day that you get to see these characters, so there’s not exactly time to become emotionally invested in the story. It was really fucking weird.
No, I remember. I sometimes, in my memory, get the show mixed up with the recent film “Inception,” due to the complexities.
If I could drink the bathwater of any Gossip Girl, it would be Gossip Vanessa.

It’s nice of the producers to let us know up front which genres they’re going to make a mess of.
