I know that videos of children and videos of people dancing can get a bit tiresome. I don’t know why — I’m never tired of either of those things because they are the best things — but I understand that they do for lots of people. I guess because you see them all the time and the ideas are always the same in each case. “Cute” and “funny.” Or “good.” I guess I can understand that. Certainly, though, no one can ever be tired of videos of children dancing, right?! Children, sure, dancing, sure, but both of them together? Probably you can watch videos of children dancing all day and never get sick of it! I wouldn’t be able to comprehend a world in which that was not the truth. So enjoy this perfect video and have a wonderful Friday! It’s Friday, right? Almost the weeekkeeenndd. (Via SayOMG.)

I put it through Google Translate and it’s actually the exact text to an ancient Mayan curse (on which I am a recognized expert). We are all going to die in 7 days, The Ring style. Sorry. “El Ringo.”
El Ringo?
So on a related note, apparently when my wife played that song mashup, my baby went batshit crazy dancing to it. If I can get him to replicate that, I’m hoping ot use it for internet infamy. He’ll thank me when he’s older.
Just tell him it was for the college fund.
This is actually the deleted scene that opens Y Tu Mama Tambien. In the original version, this sequence plays, then there is a caption that says “16 years later.”
Do you guys think those moves would be as fly if employed by say, a twenty-something lady in a club? Asking for a friend.
Yes
Holler if you need a second, we can routine the shit out of this. The Black Dog patio will never be the same again.
I am so in. But change of plans: Oil City.
I’ll let you know after this weekend, Gobblegirl!
[I'm implying that I am going to use these moves. Background for this comment: I am a twenty-something lady.]
“I remember when WE had all the hot internet dance videos.” – that dog
On Sunday I spent three hours on a plane surrounded by a screaming infant, a toddler who WOULD PROBABLY DIE IF NOT GIVEN CONSTANT ATTENTION and a six-year-old who quite possibly could not tell the difference between his videogame and real life. It will be a while before I find a child cute again.
SURELY the problem was that the child just needed to dance and, as we all know, planes can be extremely confining for busting out those hot moves (for further information, see the straight-to-DVD sequel, Step Up 4: The Skies)
This video doesn’t have enough Air Condtioning amirite??
It’s too hot today.
