Barack Obama was on The Daily Show last night (via satellite from Florida) where he proved it’s kind of hard to joke around on a late night show when your election is just four days away. When Jon throws him the softest ball — joking about old Jewish grandparents and their early bird specials, Barack doesn’t throw it back:
“No comment. I’m trying to win Florida, here. No comment.” If we’re going to see Barack do “exasperation” for the first time, Jon Stewart is as good a target as any.
