Anybody else have OSCAR FEVER?! It’s hard to sit still, right? I just can’t wait to find out once and for all who WORE IT BETTER! What a wonderful night of pageantry and high art. I think my favorite thing about the Oscars is how important they are. It’s just a tradition that has never been scared of making the difficult choice as long as it meant rewarding the people who most deserved it for their important advancement of the cinematic arts. It’s just a sacred night, and we are all incredibly lucky to have it. (On that note: don’t forget to turn in your sacred and incredibly lucky Videogum Oscar Pool ballot.)
So, as you may have noticed, due to a weird technical difficulties with the Lawmnower Man today, all of the commenting scores have disappeared. I’ve been assured that they are around somewhere, and will be back up soon, but they aren’t back up yet, and that means it’s basically impossible to determine which of them are fundamentally BETTER or WORSE than others. Which means this week’s Monsters’ Ball is a freeform Monster Jam. Feel free to compliment each other on a job well done. Theoretically you could also criticize each other for comments that you didn’t like, but that seems kind of pointless and cruel. Why are you guys doing that? Stop doing that! They are just Internet comments!
