There’s a new episode of Sarah Haskins’s Current TV series, Target: Women, in which Sarah makes fun of commercials and TV shows aimed embarrassingly at the female demographic. This time she looks at the disturbing (-ly funny) trend of food companies luring moms by convincing them that healthy food equals family love. If those “mom salute” Tyson ads drive you nuts with their implications, Sarah Haskins is here to sympathize:

    My mom must be doing a pretty good job, ‘cuz we have crazy Reggae parties EVERY NIGHT. It’s relieving to know I won’t grow up to be in Al-Quaeda. I’m gonna go watch that yogurt one now.

    Bout time Videogum showed Haskins some love! She somehow makes didactic women’s issues videos seem like a natural comedy genre. Amazing.
