It is a cold and unforgiving world out there, so who are we to judge whether or not it is OK or “weird” for a grown man to marry a Nintendo DS Lite videogame character? We all live in glass houses, although clearly some of our glass is cleaner and more in touch with reality than others’. Anyway, congrats, crazy guy!

Yeah he’s weird, but at least he proposed in private. He took her on vacation and played with her most of the airplane ride. And when the time was right he took her to a nice dinner, uploaded an engagement ring power up on his sd card and she downloaded the file/accepted.
If he’s comfortable with literally tens of japanese teenagers busting trails on his wife’s face on a fairly regular basis, more power to him.

I’m declaring shenanigans on this one. If you read the accompanying article it says that the groom was part of some underground art/media/video/otaku web group and that it was important for him to broadcast the wedding. This is clearly just some ploy to be a viral internet sensation and not an actual romance. Like how crappy is that? Even sham marriages are a sham…

Apparently Goku was giving an inspiring, tear inducing best man speech until Freiza showed up to thwart the entire ceremony. Luckily for all in attendance, Piccilo was the bouncer, and swiftly resolved the fued, and everyone laughed and ate wedding cake and danced till the sun came up.
